These terms govern the relationship between the hotel and the guest when booking and staying with us. By making a booking you accept them.

1. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 15:00; rooms must be vacated by 12:00.
Rooms are serviced between 10:00 and 16:00. If you would prefer another time, tell reception.
Bookings are held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. If you are delayed or do not arrive without telling us, the booking is cancelled and the deposit is not refunded.
A baby cot is provided free of charge on request, subject to availability.
Children up to 13.99 years stay free on an extra bed; only the tourist tax of EUR 0.85 per child per night is paid at reception.

2. Rates and payment

All rates are in euro. Payment at the hotel is made in euro, in cash or by bank card.
Room rates include VAT, the tourist tax and hotel insurance. The applicable VAT rate and what each rate covers are stated on the rates page.
Supplements for an extra bed, a pet, parking and festive dinners are stated in the rate for the season concerned.

3. Bookings, deposit and cancellation

A booking is confirmed once a deposit of EUR 100 per room has been paid after the hotel confirms availability. The balance is paid on arrival unless the chosen rate says otherwise.
If payment is not received within the stated period, the hotel may cancel the booking.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
For a cancellation received 13 days or less before arrival, a fee of one night applies.
In the event of a no-show the deposit is not refunded.
If you leave earlier than booked, the amount paid for the remaining nights is not refunded.
If the rate you have chosen sets out different payment or cancellation terms, the booking confirmation prevails.

4. Parking

Parking is charged separately: outdoor — EUR 10.00 per day for stays up to 5 days and EUR 8.00 per day beyond that; underground — EUR 14.00 per day up to 5 days and EUR 11.00 per day beyond. The hotel is not liable for vehicles parked there or for items left inside them.

5. Pets

Pets up to 5 kg are welcome, on the following terms:

Tell us when you book that you will be travelling with a pet.
Pets are admitted only with a passport and the required vaccinations.
Guests with pets are accommodated on designated floors, depending on the room type.
A charge of EUR 10 per day applies.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, the lobby bar or the other public areas. In the lobby, please carry your pet or keep it in a carrier.
Pets must not roam freely inside the hotel.
Feeding is only in bowls provided for the purpose, on a mat.
The guest is liable for any damage or injury caused by the pet and agrees to pay for it.
Persistent barking or whining that disturbs other guests must be stopped.

6. CCTV

The public areas of the hotel are under video surveillance, for the safety of guests and the protection of property. There are no cameras in the rooms, bathrooms or changing rooms. How the recordings are handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Valuables and safe

The hotel is not liable for the loss of or damage to money, valuables, documents or jewellery that were not locked in the safe. We recommend keeping valuables in the safe.

8. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed anywhere indoors, including in the rooms and apartments. You may smoke on the balconies and in the outdoor areas. If this is not respected, the hotel may charge a cleaning fee.

9. Safety and liability

Guests observe the fire-safety rules and do not disturb other guests.
Candles and incense sticks may not be used in the rooms.
Cooking in the rooms is not allowed, including with hotplates, toasters, burners, grills and barbecues.
Guests pay for any damage they cause to hotel property.
Unacceptable behaviour may be grounds for ending the stay without a refund.
