25% Early Booking Discount on the listed rates for reservations made by 30.06.2026 inclusive, valid for stays between 01.06.2026 – 01.07.2026 and 12.09.2026 – 30.09.2026.

10% Early Booking Discount on the listed rates for reservations made by 30.06.2026 inclusive, valid for stays between 02.07.2026 – 11.09.2026.

A deposit of EUR 100 per room is required to guarantee the reservation after confirmation has been received.

Minimum stay: 3 nights during July and August, and 1 night during all other periods.

Rates Include:

• Accommodation in the selected room type.
• Bed & Breakfast, Bed & Breakfast with Dinner (including beverages from the Ultra All Inclusive programme during dinner), or Ultra All Inclusive package.
• Access to the panoramic rooftop outdoor swimming pool with complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas.

• Insurance and tourist tax.

Additional Terms:

Children up to 13.99 years old staying on an extra bed stay free of charge.

A tourist tax of €0.85 per child per night is payable at reception.

An adult staying on an extra bed pays 80% of the adult rate.

In Family Rooms (two interconnected double rooms with one bathroom), payment is required for 4 regular beds. When accommodating two adults and two children up to 13.99 years old, children receive a 50% discount from the regular bed rate.

Baby cot: FREE OF CHARGE.

Single occupancy: +50% surcharge for the second bed.

One or two children up to 13.99 years old staying in a regular bed with one adult receive a 50% discount from the regular rate.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

• One-night penalty for cancellations received 13 days before arrival.
