The price difference between early July and late May in Primorsko is more than double — for the same sea, the same pool and the same Ultra All Inclusive. Here is how the season breaks down, and who each period suits.
How the periods are set
For summer 2026 Hotel Cinema divides the season into five periods. Rates are per person per night, in euro, including insurance and the tourist tax:
- 20.05 – 15.06 and 09.09 – 30.09 — the cheapest periods: €37.50 with breakfast, €55.00 with Ultra All Inclusive
- 16.06 – 30.06 and 24.08 – 08.09 — the shoulder season: €49.50 with breakfast, €68.00 with Ultra All Inclusive
- 01.07 – 23.08 — the peak: €79.00 with breakfast, €97.50 with Ultra All Inclusive

Late May and early June
The sea is still cool — you go in for a few minutes rather than an hour. In exchange the beach is empty, parking in Primorsko is stress-free, and the rooftop pool is warm and effectively yours. This is the best period for excursions — Ropotamo, Beglik Tash, Strandzha — because it is not yet hot. It suits couples and anyone coming for the quiet rather than for the swimming.
The second half of June
The compromise most people fail to make. The water is already acceptable and the rate is around 60% of peak. Schools have only just broken up, so the first two weeks are calmer than July. If you are travelling with pre-school children, this is the most sensible fortnight of the whole summer.
July and August
The peak: warm sea, everything open, Primorsko lively in the evening. It is also when the beach, the restaurant and the car park are busiest and the rates highest. If you are tied to the school holidays, plan early — family rooms for the first half of August go first.
September — the most underrated month
The sea is warmest in September, not July. After 9 September the rate drops back to the late-May level, the children are at school, the beach is half empty and the restaurants are still open. If you are not tied to school holidays, September offers the best value on the entire Bulgarian coast.
Early booking
For summer 2026 the hotel publishes early-booking discounts that combine with the seasonal rates. The exact percentages, deadlines and valid periods are on the rates page; a deposit of €100 per room secures the booking, and cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival.
Ultra All Inclusive or breakfast only
The gap between the two packages is €17.50 to €18.50 per person per night. If you have lunch and drinks at the hotel, the package almost always works out cheaper than paying as you go — particularly with a family.
