Primorsko sits on the southern Bulgarian coast, on a peninsula between Sozopol and Kiten. There is no railway station and no airport nearby — you arrive by car, or by bus via Burgas. Here are the real distances and times.
By car from Burgas
About 50 km, a little under an hour on the E87 through Sozopol. The road has one lane in each direction and moves slowly at peak times in July and August, especially between Chernomorets and Sozopol. On a Saturday afternoon, allow an extra 20–30 minutes.
The last stretch crosses the Ropotamo reserve, just before the turn-off for Primorsko. If you are driving in daylight, it is worth stopping for five minutes at the bridge over the river.
From Burgas airport
About an hour by car or transfer. Car hire desks operate at the airport. There is also a city bus into Burgas, from where coaches to Primorsko, Kiten and Tsarevo leave the Yug bus station.
By car from Sofia
About 420 km, roughly 5 hours without long stops. Take the Trakia motorway to Burgas, then the ring road and the E87 south through Chernomorets and Sozopol.
By bus
In summer there are frequent services from the Yug bus station in Burgas to Primorsko, and during the high season direct coaches also run from Sofia and other large cities. Timetables change from year to year — check the current ones before you plan.

Where to park
Hotel Cinema is on Cherno More Boulevard in the centre of Primorsko, opposite the Sea Garden. We have an outdoor and an underground car park — outdoor €10 per day (€8 for stays over 5 days), underground €14 per day (€11 over 5 days). Street parking in central Primorsko is effectively impossible in July and August, so reserve a space together with your booking.
Do you need a car once you are here
For the stay itself — no. The beach is 200 metres away, the centre of the resort is a two-minute walk, and the Sea Garden with its playground is directly opposite the hotel. You need a car to explore Ropotamo, Beglik Tash, Sozopol or the beaches to the south. In summer, excursion boats also leave from the harbour.
